The location was fantastic, being just across the street from the beach made our evenings enjoyable for sunset strolls. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the underground parking was a lifesaver for our rental car. I especially loved the cafeteria for quick breakfasts, and it was convenient to have various dining options nearby. Overall, exploring the nearby Ondaretta beach and the promenade was a highlight of our visit.

The location near the beach was fantastic, offering easy access for swimming or soaking up the sun. The room had a magnificent view, making mornings that much more delightful. However, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for my teenage son, and the room felt a bit cramped for our family of three. Parking is also a bit tricky, situated behind the hotel down a narrow slope that isn't ideal for larger vehicles.

A solid view of the beach adds some flair to the experience, making it a comfy spot to unwind. The location near swimming areas provides easy beach access for both summer and winter fun.
Parking is a hassle—it's behind the hotel, down a narrow slope that's not friendly to larger vehicles. The rooms lack basic amenities like a kettle, and the cafe service leaves much to be desired. getting attention is a challenge. Also, the toiletries are essentially just hand wash, not the quality you'd expect for the price.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the stunning beaches of San Sebastián, especially with my grandkids. We enjoyed quick trips to La Concha, where the sandcastle building was endless fun. The kids loved having breakfast at the onsite café before our adventures.
My kids wished there were more activities available for them.

We had a great time at the hotel. Beautiful beach views and easy access to the bay made it a perfect base to explore. We loved visiting the famous La Concha beach and walking through the historic Old Town. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was spot on. Would totally recommend it!
Unfortunately, the bicycles available for loan were out of repair during our stay, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to exploring more on two wheels.

Just a proper fit for a short stay in San Sebastian with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was big enough and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Make sure to check out the cafe for a quick bite before heading out.

Perfectly positioned near the beach, offering stunning ocean views from the room. The cleanliness of the spacious triple room was commendable, and the friendly staff were always eager to assist. However, accessing the underground parking was tricky with its narrow entrance, and the lack of kettle amenities was disappointing. The café service could also be improved to match the overall experience.

great location but basic amenities
The receptionist was extremely friendly, making the check-in process smooth with great recommendations for nearby attractions. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the stunning beach, perfect for morning runs or sunset strolls. I appreciated the clear sea view from my room. it added a wonderful touch to my stay. I also noticed that the room was well-maintained and clean, which made a comfortable environment during my stay.

Ideal location for beach lovers
I loved that the hotel is just a stone's throw from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy sunset strolls along the shore. The room was spacious enough for me, with a nice view that added to the overall experience. The underground parking was a huge plus given the busy area, though it can be a tight fit. However, I found the food options in the café could use some improvement as they didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Suggest it for simple yet comfortable stay
We had a corner room with amazing views of the water and beach , which was a bonus. The location was great, only a minute walk to the beach, made evening strolls enjoyable as we soaked in the sunset.
It wasn’t cheap but for the experience, it was fair.

The hotel offers a spacious room with a magnificent view of the beach, making it an ideal spot for relaxation after work. Its location is within walking distance to the Old Town, enhancing leisure time with pleasant strolls along the promenade. The on-site café is busy, signifying its popularity, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet surroundings for a restful night.
Parking is tricky, as it is located down a narrow slope.
